Sales Compensation Analyst (Remote - Eastern Time Zone)

We're looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy. This role is 100% remote, with Monday-Friday, first-shift hours in the Eastern Time Zone.

What You'll Do:

Manage the administration of sales compensation programs, ensuring they align with business goals and legal requirements.
Oversee compensation plans, including incentive structures, commissions, bonuses, and sales performance data.
Accurately calculate manual incentives on a monthly basis, ensuring completeness and compliance with pay plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document sales compensation programs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Analyze data to optimize compensation structures and enhance efficiency in administration.

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience in compensation, with a strong focus on sales compensation administration and plan governance.
Proven experience designing and managing incentive structures, commissions, bonuses, and payment calculations.
Strong proficiency in Excel (creating, formatting, and evaluating formulas), along with Word, Google Suite, and other MS Office products.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build effective working relationships.
