Engage with potential and existing customers through inbound and outbound call, emails, and in person
Listen to customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
Provide quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales with confidence
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Work with our GEICO systems to efficiently manage your daily workflow
Cross sell existing customers with our other product lines
Maintain CE and participate in ongoing education What We're Looking For:
Personal Lines licensed agent (or willingness to obtain)
Someone with a valid drivers license and a source of reliable transportation
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
Driven, coachable, and people oriented individuals
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft office products Ready to join us?
