Position Offer

About the Role
In this role, you'll provide critical engineering support for Power and HVAC projects, helping commercial, industrial, and construction clients achieve safe, reliable, and efficient temporary power solutions. You'll have a direct impact on project success while contributing to the growth of engineering-driven revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Design electrical systems customized for job-specific applications
Create one-line diagrams, methods of procedure (MOPs), arc flash studies, and layout plans
Conduct site evaluations and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
Ensure all designs comply with NEC, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
Resolve field installation issues with practical, timely engineering support
Provide technical guidance to sales and operations teams in the Power & HVAC space
Deliver hands-on and virtual training to field technicians
Review technical proposals to ensure accuracy and feasibility
Assist with various engineering projects and responsibilities as needed
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an electrical engineering role
EIT/EI certification or eligibility preferred
Strong foundation in electrical design principles and safety standards
Experience with power generation systems, particularly diesel generators
Familiarity with NFPA 70E arc flash safety standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SKM, and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
