Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills and be able to accurately and efficiently input information into our database. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and updating our company's database, ensuring that all information is entered correctly and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inputting data into our company's database from various sources

- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entered

- Maintaining and updating the database with new information

- Performing regular data backups to ensure data integrity

- Assisting with data analysis and reporting as needed

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy

- Responding to data inquiries and requests from team members

- Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive information

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required
