Multimedia Producer & Content Creator
Job Summary:
Video is the fastest-growing creative format across every channel we operate in — paid social, organic reach, YouTube, and AI-generated search results. We need someone who can build and run LoadUp's video content engine, and who understands that the best producers today use AI tools to move faster, experiment more, and deliver more without sacrificing quality.
This is not a post-production role. It is a full creative production role. You’ll own concept, capture, edit, and publish for a two-sided marketplace that needs compelling video content for homeowners, service providers, and the paid channels that connect them. Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end video production from creative brief and concept through capture, edit, and final delivery across paid social, YouTube, and brand campaigns
Produce short-form video and motion graphics optimized for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, formats that will improve LoadUp's paid performance
Create long-form YouTube content including service explainers, how-to guides, and brand storytelling that supports SEO and AI search visibility
Capture and produce customer testimonial and job site video that builds trust and supports conversion across the funnel
Develop Loader recruitment video content such as provider testimonials, day-in-the-life content, and social proof for the supply side of the marketplace
Build and operate an AI-accelerated production workflow using tools like Runway, Descript, CapCut AI, and ElevenLabs to maximize output and creative iteration speed
Continuously evaluate emerging AI production tools and bring recommendations to the team
Produce motion graphics and animated asset variations optimized for different platforms, placements, and audience segments
Capture and edit photography on job sites and brand shoots for use across web, social, paid media, and email
Work from creative direction set by the Head of Digital Strategy, translating brand standards into video and motion formats
Partner with the Graphic Design to ensure visual consistency across static and video creative
Maintain and organize all video assets, production files, and media libraries so the team can access and repurpose content efficiently
Required
3+ years producing video and multimedia content for digital marketing, paid advertising, or brand campaigns
Strong end-to-end production skills, you can concept, shoot, and edit without handing off at each stage
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects or equivalent professional editing and motion graphics tools
Demonstrated experience with AI video and production tools like Runway, Descript, CapCut AI, or similar
Understanding of video specifications and best practices across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and display advertising
Strong visual storytelling instincts
Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously without dropping quality or missing deadlines
A portfolio demonstrating video work across multiple formats including short-form social, long-form brand, and paid advertising creative
Strongly Preferred
Experience producing video content for a marketplace, home services, or multi-location brand
Background in paid social creative. You understand what drives CTR and have seen the data to prove it
Photography skills — you can capture and edit still photography when the shoot calls for it
Familiarity with YouTube SEO — you know how titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and chapters affect search visibility
Experience with ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly, or other AI creative tools beyond video editing
