Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations to assess client needs

• Guide clients through benefit options and enrollment processes with clarity and professionalism

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications

• Deliver a high level of service and build lasting client relationships

• Participate in ongoing training, development, and team meetings
