Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow your territory. Lead and motivate your team to achieve their business goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications: 3-5 year of proven success in business development and/or leadership. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
