Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A thriving elementary school is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification and experience in school settings to provide support for students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade. This contract position offers a full-time schedule in a collaborative environment where you can impact young learners communication skills and academic success.

Location: McDonough, GA
Duration: Charter School Year (CSY) Contract
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
Age Group Served: Pre-K through 5th grade

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
• Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working in a school-based setting serving elementary-aged children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and school staff
• Ability to manage a caseload typical for an elementary school setting and adapt services to diverse student needs
