Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems.

• Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Inspect vehicles for safety and performance standards.

• Replace or repair defective parts and components.

• Maintain any support equipment, change trailer and tractor tires, help in layout and install new and rebuilt parts on equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in diesel technology.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of Deisel mechanic experience or be a graduate of a Diesel Mechanic Training Program . Experience must be documented on the application or resume. (Experience can be a combination of employers as long as the experience is at least a total of 1 year)

• We only accept rehires after 180 days , and who have not worked for us 3 or more times.

• Must submit government Identifier at time of applition for the purpose of verifying previous employment.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and mechanical systems.

• Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Class A CDL preferred.
