Phone Lead Sales Specialist
Location: Buford, GA (On-site, Full-time)
Compensation: $55,000 base salary + commission (OTE $100,000+)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:15 am – 7:30 pm About the Role
We’re seeking a growth-minded Phone Lead Sales Specialist to join a fast-growing automotive manufacturing company recognized nationally for building some of the most iconic custom vehicles in the world. With a client base that includes household names in sports, entertainment, and business, this is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-visibility brand in hyper-growth mode. This role is all about speed, consistency, and execution. You’ll work with 100-200+ daily phone requested warm inbound leads generated from social media, digital marketing, and organic channels. The PLSS will explain the buying process, qualify leads, and set appointments with the onsite sales staff. Success in this position comes from staying organized, maintaining a high level of outreach, and consistently setting quality appointments for the sales team. Paid commissions on every converted deal and the plan is uncapped. What We Offer
- $55,000 base salary + uncapped performance-based commissions (expected OTE $100,000-$150,000+)

- Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone and email – 100-200 leads per day
- Make outbound calls to inbound prospects to qualify and schedule appointments
- Ensure strong appointment show rates by vetting leads in advance
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
- Manage and track leads through Salesforce (CRM)
- Provide daily reporting on outreach activity, scheduled appointments, and pipeline progress
- 1-3+ years of inside sales experience
- Comfortable handling high lead volumes and multiple conversations daily
- Proven experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or lead generation
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Background in luxury sales, automotive, or high-end consumer goods is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours with coverage during Pacific Time (8:15 am – 7:30 pm ET)
