Our Rotational Molders, trimmers, assemblers and utility/powder team members make it happen by being flexible, dependable and eager to learn. Opportunities would be for 8-hour shifts on 1st, 2nd and/or 3rd shifts, positions may be available now and/or for future growth.
Candidates must be able to:
- perform critical thinking and complex problem-solving
- work independently, be a self-starter and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and able to retain and follow detailed work instructions
- detect and communicate molding defects efficiently and effectively
- work through difficult and complex situations without becoming frustrated
- Show moral courage, integrity, openness, and honesty in all dealings
- perform simple math and measurements
- create and maintain accurate production records
Some of the responsibilities and job duties include:
- Inspects and reviews plastic parts when molded
- Use a variety of hand tools and power equipment to meet part standards
- Demonstrate the proper usage and safety of hand tools
- Properly identifies and prevents defective parts from being produced and/or shipped
- Ensures that parts are in accordance with customer and quality specifications, while maintaining an appropriate production pace
