Administrative Assistant

Client in Peachtree City looking for a Branch Administrative Assistant for a wealth management company. Looking for qualities to include: resourcefulness, prudence, taking initiative, problem solving skills, polite/customer service oriented, meets deadlines, stays on task, detail oriented, technology savvy, works well alone or with a group, branch process improvement, trustworthy and willingness to learn.

salary: $28 - $31 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

-Scheduling client appointments

-Preparing Financial Advisor for meetings

-Preparing and processing paperwork

-New account opening follow through

-Back office liaison

-Resolving client issues and handling client requests

-Client appreciation

-Office supply inventory management

-Resolving technology issues

-Handling incoming and outgoing mail

-Compliance with broker/dealer regulations

-Answering incoming client calls
