Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized Technical Project Manager (IT III) to lead Configuration and Asset Management initiatives as part of a major enterprise ServiceNow transformation effort. This individual will play a key role in supporting the company's separation activities, focusing on Configuration Management Database (CMDB) population, audit coordination, and data quality improvements.

This position requires strong stakeholder management, data analysis acumen, and the ability to drive global collaboration across IT and business functions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional stakeholders to gather and validate data for ServiceNow CMDB population.

• Manage global audit, data transfer, and data cleanup efforts related to Managed Technology Operations (MTO).

• Partner with the Service Management team to ensure accurate and accessible data within ServiceNow to support ITSM processes.

• Conduct basic data analysis to identify inconsistencies and support improvement efforts.

• Guide and mentor data analysts on CMDB data cleanup and governance tasks.

• Prioritize and resource audits to ensure efficient and effective delivery.

• Develop and distribute progress reports and executive updates as required.

• Drive collaboration between IT configuration, asset management, and business teams to align objectives and execution timelines.

Must Haves (Required Qualifications):

• Experience as a Project Manager in IT or Service Management environments.

• O rganizational and communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business-friendly language.

• Excellent stakeholder management , capable of engaging audit, configuration, and delivery teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities , with the capability to reframe complex challenges.

• Understanding of data modeling and data analysis principles.

• Experience managing large-scale data updates or migrations .

• Knowledge of ServiceNow , including CMDB structure and ITSM process integration.

Nice to Haves (Preferred Skills):

• Experience managing complex system data updates across enterprise environments.

• Working knowledge of CMDB, APM, or IT asset management databases and related data challenges.

• Understanding of ITIL and ITSM frameworks and best practices.

• Familiarity with CSDM data modeling in ServiceNow , ideally within a media or broadcast organization.

• Prior experience managing asset audits and system reconciliations.
