About the Role
Pelsis is seeking a driven and strategic Regional Account Manager to lead sales growth across our West Coast territory. This is a high impact, field-based role responsible for sourcing new B2B opportunities, managing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the pest control and nondurable goods manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate brings a hunter mentality, excels in territory ownership, and is passionate about delivering value to customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a designated West Coast territory, with frequent travel (70%) to engage customers and prospects in person.
- Source, pursue, and secure new B2B customer relationships with a focus on strategic growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 CRM) to manage pipeline and track customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service.
- Analyze regional market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to inform strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and updates for leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or pest control.
- Experience managing a multistate territory, preferably West Coast.
- Familiarity with CRM tools; D365 CRM experience preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%.

- Industry knowledge in pest control or nondurable goods manufacturing.
- Advanced degree such as an MBA.
- Background in solution based selling and consultative account management.
