Sunny Days Therapeutics is a growing mental health practice, located in Watkinsville, GA, who provides both in-person and virtual therapy services to children, adolescent and adult clients. Currently, we are expanding our team and hiring both Child/Adolescent and Adult Therapists. We provide a supportive and collaborative work environment that values professional development, specifically by offering clinical supervision to those seeking their clinical level licensure. This 1099 contractor position offers flexibility, opportunity to establish a full caseload and experience with a range of populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
• Monitor and document client progress toward goals and adjust treatment as needed.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment that fosters trust and growth.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current state licensure or license-eligible (MSW, LMSW, APC, or LAPC).
• Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to maintain timely and clinically accurate documentation
• Professional liability insurance coverage
