QUALITY ANALYST
SummitRidge Hospital , a place for healing and hope provides quality behavioral health and addiction treatment services, mental health and substance abuse treatment located in Lawrenceville, Georgia, approximately 30 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst to serve as a member of the quality team and provide support by assisting with quality assurance, quality enhancement and regulatory compliance. The position is responsible for assessing and improving different aspects of nursing and clinical services including evaluation, training, compliance and risk management. Works collaboratively with and provides direction to staff in the delivery of quality clinical services.
Position Tasks:
Plans and coordinates the performance improvement activities and assists in creating and supporting an environment which fosters team work, emphasizes quality, recognizes the customer and promotes learning.
- Acts as a facilitator/quality advisor for the performance improvement teams/groups responsible for improving processes within SummitRidge Hospital.
- Coordinates and provides guidance with the development and selection of indicators in the aggregation and the analysis of data and turning this data into information to assist in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our care and services.
- Maintains current knowledge and provides consultation and other services within the hospital in the areas of regulatory accreditation and organizational compliance in quality and performance improvement activities.
- Provides continuous quality improvement and performance improvement training and education.
- Acts as a change agent and is effective in the change process to include participating in the identification of opportunities to improve, the resolution of problems and the evaluation of the effectiveness of change.
- Communicates performance improvement findings and activities in a systematic fashion via written words, staff meetings, in-service programs, etc.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. Or Master’s level clinician with degree in Psychology/Social Work. Plus three years of recent experience in a related capacity.
- Current professional licensure in the State of Georgia – preferred.
- Familiar with behavioral health/clinical theory of practice, educational theory, continuous quality improvement principles, and information management including data collection, and analysis, use of graphs and statistical process control.
