OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Augusta, GA by HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Drive with HMD Trucking out of Augusta, GA as part of our OTR dry van operation. You’ll run coast-to-coast freight with competitive mileage at 65 CPM, typical weekly mileage around 2,500, and bonus opportunities for safety, clean inspections, and referrals. Trucks are under three years old and include APUs, inverters, and sleepers, with dedicated in-house maintenance support. Expect scheduled home time every two weeks and access to health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.
What you'll do:
- Safely transport dry van freight on long-haul routes and meet delivery requirements.
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and accurate electronic logs.
- Secure freight, report issues, and maintain communication with dispatch.
Requirements:
- CDL-A license and a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
