Programming/Processing Supervisor
We are looking for a Programmer/Processing Supervisor with experience in structural steel fabrication. The ideal candidate has a strong working knowledge of AISC standards and AWS D1.5 bridge welding code, including practical experience with the requirements that come with that type of work — such as material traceability, mill cert verification, material inventory auditing, heat number tracking, and ensuring compliance with documentation and quality control procedures. Familiarity with Kinetic and FICEP machinery is a plus, along with experience programming in Python. This role will oversee day-to-day processing operations and work closely with the shop floor team, so someone who can lead, communicate well, and take ownership of their department is essential. Prior supervisory or lead experience required.
