What will you be doing?
This role serves as a strategic technology leader responsible for driving the vision, architecture, and execution of advanced manufacturing technologies across Hyundai/Kia. The Principal will lead initiatives spanning hybrid cloud infrastructure, SAP platforms, and custom application development to enable scalable, efficient, and future-ready manufacturing operations.

• Technology Strategy & Road Mapping : Define and lead the strategic direction for manufacturing technologies, aligning hybrid cloud, SAP, and application development initiatives with enterprise goals and operational excellence.
• Customer Engagement : Act as a strategic partner to internal and external customers, understanding their operational challenges and translating them into technology solutions that drive value, efficiency, and innovation.
• Platform Leadership : Oversee the design, integration, and optimization of SAP and related systems to support core manufacturing processes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and business alignment.
• Program Execution : Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of major technology initiatives, ensuring on-time execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Operational Excellence : Establish governance frameworks and technical standards to ensure consistent performance, data integrity, and system interoperability across platforms.
• Collaboration & Influence : Partner with global HQ, business units, and IT teams to drive innovation, share best practices, and ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Leadership & Talent Development : Build and mentor a high-performing team of technologists, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with over 10 years of work-related experience including 7+ years in management and extensive SAP consulting and project management expertise.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP modules, with preferred knowledge in supply chain, finance, and cost management within manufacturing environments.
• Possess a strong foundation in leading ERP initiatives and delivering strategic business solutions .

• Certified SAP module consultant

Base Salary Range - $181,240 - $259,160
