Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)

• Meal preparation and feeding assistance if needed

• Medication reminders (non-clinical)

• Assist with mobility and transfers

• Monitor client well-being and report changes to the care team

Requirements

• Experience as a caregiver, PCA, CNA, or home health aide preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background check

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Ability to follow care plans and communicate with supervisors

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA certification (not required but a plus)

• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities

• CPR/First Aid certification
