Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $18/hr.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shift; overtime as needed)
Location: Gainesville, GA
Job Overview:
CTSS is currently seeking Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Gainesville, GA. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, mechanically inclined, and able to work efficiently in a production-focused environment. As part of the production team, you will assist with operating equipment, processing materials, and packaging finished products while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate extrusion machines.
- Operate sit-down forklift, Pallet jack, stack, pack, assemble, and/or label materials per specific production instructions.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of finished products
- Prepare products for shipment by packaging and securing materials properly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with general production tasks including material handling and staging
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety, operational, and manufacturing protocols
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanical aptitude or experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Work shoes are required on the first day.
- Must wear all required PPE (gloves, safety glasses, etc.) at all times.
- CTSS uses E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility.
