Taziki's Mediterranean Caf is looking for an experienced Operations & Development Supervisor to lead multiple restaurant locations, develop exceptional leaders, and drive operational excellence. This is an opportunity for a proven restaurant leader who is passionate about coaching General Managers, developing talent, improving financial performance, and ensuring every guest experiences the hospitality that makes Taziki's special. If you enjoy building high-performing teams, solving operational challenges, and helping restaurants grow, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As an Operations & Development Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and coach General Managers across multiple restaurant locations.
- Drive sales, profitability, labor, food cost, and operational performance.
- Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and guest experience.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and develop restaurant management talent.
- Build succession plans and develop future leaders through coaching and mentorship.
- Conduct restaurant evaluations, operational audits, and follow-up action plans.
- Partner with HR and Field Training to support employee development and performance.
- Support Manager-in-Training (MIT) development and certification.
- Review labor scheduling, inventory, Flash P&Ls, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with Community Sales Ambassadors and local leadership to grow sales and community engagement.
- Help prepare restaurants for new store openings and Certified Training Store designation.
- Consistently deliver strong labor, food cost, and profitability results.
- Build and retain high-performing management teams.
- Maintain outstanding health inspection and operational standards.
- Develop future General Managers and promote internal talent.
- Create a culture centered around hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead restaurants that consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- 35+ years of restaurant General Manager experience.
- Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
- Strong financial and P&L knowledge.
- Experience coaching and developing leaders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
- Alcohol service certification where required.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the market.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Leads with integrity and accountability.
