Do you thrive on isolating issues in 480V 3‑phase power one moment and a low‑voltage PLC input the next? If your answer is yes—and you’re as comfortable with a hydraulic schematic as with a laptop connected to an Allen‑Bradley or Siemens PLC—read on.

Challenges You’ll Tackle

• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns; diagnose using DMMs and ammeters; validate continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
• Pinpoint faults in high‑voltage and low‑voltage control circuits, including computer‑based systems.
• Repair and replace industrial components—pumps, motors, drive chains, shafts, bearings, sprockets, belts, sheaves, circuit breakers, fuses, switches, electronic parts, and wiring—pulling parts from the on‑site stock room.
• Troubleshoot pneumatics and hydraulics; perform set‑ups and PMs to prevent recurrence.
• Interpret electrical schematics and symbols to accelerate root‑cause analysis.

How You’ll Work

• Plan and document PMs and day‑by‑day duties in Maintenance Connection (MC) or a similar CMMS.
• Use a computer‑based inventory system to generate reports and locate spares fast.
• Deliver quality work within timelines provided by management (verbal/written).
• Model safe work practices, use mandatory PPE, and follow all safety rules and company policies.
• Partner with maintenance/production teams, mentor others, or operate independently as needed.
• Keep your area safe, clean, and organized; flex your schedule to meet operational needs.

What You Bring

• 3+ years’ industrial maintenance technician experience; plastics background preferred.
• Hands‑on breadth across mechanical/electrical maintenance, VFDs, servo motors, and PLCs.
• Core strengths: customer service, interpersonal skills, clear oral/written communication, teamwork, sound judgment, motivation, planning/organizing, professionalism, quality focus, safety orientation, adaptability, excellent attendance and punctuality, dependability, and initiative.
• HS diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Your own tool set—and the discipline to use it safely and effectively.

Technical Fluency

• PLC troubleshooting and programming
• Preventive maintenance plan creation

• 120/208/240/480V electrical systems
• Hydraulics diagnostics and repair
