R OLE OVERVIEW : Under direct supervision, performs routine office support services, which may include answering telephones and preparing bills, statements, receipts, checks, or other documents, and/or transferring information from one record to another.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcomes and directs visitors and clients when necessary.
• Processes inbound delivery tickets for payments
• Assists vendors with questions and issues as they arise
• Performs clerical duties including data entry, filing, and completion of simple forms.
• Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, computer systems, and other standard office equipment.
• Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate colleagues, and prepares messages.
• Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions and other matters.
• Sorts incoming mail and delivers to the appropriate department or colleagues; processes outgoing mail.
• Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Typically possesses a High School diploma (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Good knowledge of basic office equipment (i.e., copiers, fax machines, calculators, etc.).
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems, such as recordkeeping and filing.
• Good attention to detail.

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $21.01 - $35.82. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $22.00 to $25.00. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
