Report Customization Specialist (Sandy Springs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Report Customization Specialist to support the design, development, and maintenance of medical data reporting tools. This role focuses on customizing, testing, and deploying reports using SAP Crystal Reports and other data visualization tools to meet internal and client-specific needs in a healthcare technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and modify SAP Crystal Reports and other reporting templates based on customer and business requirements.

• Customize and maintain medical and operational reports to ensure data accuracy, usability, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate with business, IT, and compliance teams to define reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Test, validate, and troubleshoot report functionality, data integrity, and performance issues.

• Translate complex data structures into clear, compliant, and visually effective reports.

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment when choosing reporting techniques and approaches to meet compliance and business objectives.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, data security, and industry standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).

• Perform other related duties as assigned or required by management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with SAP Crystal Reports, Microsoft Excel, or other reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Basic understanding of databases, SQL, data structures, and logical workflows.

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

• Internship, academic project, or professional experience related to data reporting, IT systems, or healthcare technology.

• Knowledge or awareness of healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
