Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform essential maintenance and service tasks. The technician will ensure the routine calibration and maintenance of various electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems are undertaken.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Maintain electrical equipment including electric motors, control boxes, welders, and PLCs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical.
- Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electric, and hydraulic motors, as well as electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance as a technician.
- Experience with preventive maintenance, mechanical, schematic, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of industrial and electrical troubleshooting, including 3-phase systems.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Villa Rica, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
