Lead the Future of Home Entertainment as a Market Development Manager for TCL!

In this exciting position, you’ll be the driving force behind sales growth—building brand excitement, inspiring retail teams, and delivering unforgettable consumer experiences. If you love solving problems, influencing others, and bringing premium entertainment products to life, this is the stage for you. Schedule and What We Offer:
  • Tuesday through Saturday, with flexibility on weekends or holidays as needed.
  • $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
  • Quarterly performance bonus - up to 20%

Epic Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze new business opportunities
  • Develop and lead sales strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with store managers, district and regional managers to review and improve TCL sales performance
  • Track and adjust sales performance to meet or exceed sales targets
Your Action Items:
  • Implement marketing strategies and oversee merchandising
  • Execute client and program strategies to build brand loyalty
  • Conduct formal and virtual training sessions and manage store visits
  • Use specified tools and reporting apps to collect feedback to inform product improvements and sales strategies.
  • Oversee inventory and coordinate with logistics team for product restocking
  • Represent the company at trade shows and promotional events

Physical requirements:
  • Travel locally by vehicle or nationally by plane, as needed
  • Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles
  • Mobile and able to sit/stand for 8 hours.
