We are actively recruiting for Family Practitioners to provide primary care services for patients at our federally-qualified community health centers.

What We Require For This Role:
- Valid Medical License for the State of Georgia.
- Currently vaccinated or willingness to be vaccinated against the flu and Hepatitis B.
- Ability to pass a criminal history background check.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
