Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation and upkeep of plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues
• Supervise and guide apprentices and journeyman plumbers
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, and other professionals
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Keep accurate records of completed work, materials used, and time spent on each project
• Stay current on the latest plumbing methods, technology, and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Valid Master Plumber License in Alabama and Georgia
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed plumber
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Capable of handling physical labor, including lifting and bending

Requirements:

• Valid Master Plumber License
• 5+ years of plumbing experience
• Strong communication skills
• Physical ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly, work outdoors, and crawl in attics/crawlspaces
• Candidates must undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks
• All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and submit a recent DMV Safe Driving Record
