Position Overview

While adhering to all department and company policies, the Mail Team Clerk is responsible for meeting and exceeding the minimum required number of affidavits received, as well as proofing documents for basic service and client-specific errors. This role works closely with team members, becomes familiar with client requirements, and communicates effectively with other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Essential Job Functions

• Adhere to all department and company policies and procedures
• Understand and meet the expectations of Production, Support, and Management teams
• Work effectively with minimal supervision
• Manage and meet daily minimum affidavit volume requirements
• Distribute mail to appropriate destinations in a timely manner
• Perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Demonstrate proficiency in the English language
• Maintain a high level of motivation and attention to detail
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of proper vs. improper service of process
• Perform preliminary proofing of documents for clerical, server, and basic client-specific errors
• Ensure quality and accuracy are top priorities in all work performed
• Work effectively both independently and in a team environment

Position Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
• Strong multitasking skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand the English language

Schedule PART TIME

• Monday–Friday (2nd Shift)
• 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
