Job Title: Field Operations Assistant (Case Investigation & Evidence Collection)

Position Overview

Our personal injury law firm is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Field Operations Assistant to support our legal team by conducting fieldwork related to evidence collection, document delivery, and client support. This role is critical to the success of our cases and requires a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and responsiveness.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This position involves regular travel throughout the local area and may include direct interactions with clients, medical providers, law enforcement, and court personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Evidence Gathering: Visit accident scenes to photograph, document, and assess relevant physical conditions. Obtain surveillance footage, police reports, and other materials as directed.
• Document Handling: Pick up and deliver medical records, legal documents, and other time-sensitive materials between clients, providers, and legal institutions.
• Court and Office Errands: File or retrieve documents from courthouses, law offices, and other related locations.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all field activities and upload photos, notes, and files to the appropriate case management system in a timely manner.
• Communication: Stay in consistent contact with the legal team to provide updates and coordinate logistics efficiently.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
• Comfortable using smartphones, GPS apps, and file-sharing platforms
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Prior experience in legal support, private investigation, law enforcement, or delivery services is preferred but not required
