BURN by Rocky Patel is seeking a knowledgeable, customer-focused Tobacconist to join our team in Atlanta. This part-time position is ideal for someone passionate about premium cigars and providing exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with cigar selection and educate them on product offerings
- Maintain and organize the walk-in humidor and ensure proper conditions
- Restock inventory and monitor product levels
- Deliver professional, welcoming service that reflects the BURN brand
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of cigars, including brands and blends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work nights and weekends
- Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred
