PRESENTING A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE YOUR PASSIONS WITH US BY TEACHING EXCEPTIONAL INDIVIDUALS WITH UNIQUE NEEDS, WHAT YOU TO LOVE TO DO !

These are part-time opportunities to share your talents in our Certified Autism Center. The passion positions are available from

8:00am- 12:00pm or 11:00am- 3:00pm.

Ideal Passions include but are not limited to : Photography, Podcast/Media, Computer skills, ASL, Culinary Arts, Dancing (all forms)

Yoga, Exercise, Team Sports, Music, Performance Arts, and Art classes. We are looking for patient, loving individuals that are interested in sharing your smiles and skills with our community! COME JOIN TEAMSMARTIE!!

At The Smart Place Adult and Children Service Inc. (SPACS) the standard for successful instruction is social competence. We believe that the achievement of social competence is a reliable predictor of successful adjustment to a lifestyle centered in community inclusion. This philosophy places particular emphasis on educational and training experiences which foster the personal independence and emotional growth of individuals with disabilities. SPACS recognizes the inherent value of teaming each participant with various Passion Care counselors during their awareness process and will always believe in the ability of each participant to learn and flourish in their independence.
