Customer Service Representative
Were seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support clients through a dedicated advisor-led service model. In this fully remote role, youll assist clients by coordinating details, providing guidance, and ensuring a smooth, organized experience from start to finish.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying detail-oriented, and maintaining clear communication while working independently in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients through their assigned advisor, providing accurate guidance and support
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide clear, helpful information
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure seamless service
- Maintain precise client records and document all communications
- Support process improvements to enhance the client experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, LATAM, Spain or Australia
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-savvy
- Prior client-facing or administrative experience preferred but not required
