Below is the requirement:
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Support and administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Monitor system performance, apply patches, and escalate recurring or critical issues.
Assist with deployment of software, security updates, and system upgrades.
Document incidents, solutions, and processes in the IT knowledge base.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, data protection, and cybersecurity standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange Online administration.
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
Ability to support end-user applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Soft Skills Customer service mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies. Company Description
