Established in 2005 the Water Restoration Group (WRG) is an industry leader in emergency mitigation and restoration based in Miami is now servicing the Atlanta, Georgia market. WRG is a full-service contractor looking to hire a full-time Crew Chief/Supervisor to provide water, fire, mold, and construction services.
This position is primarily responsible for managing assigned mitigation and remediation projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency service calls during business and after hours.
- Assign techs within your team to emergency projects.
- Communicate with customers and inform of job progress daily.
- Document job site conditions in restoration software.
- Keep track of profitability, expenses etc.
Documentation/Software Responsibilities
- Obtain work authorization.
- Get customer time sheet signed on a daily basis per job.
- Clock in and out according to job in designated software.
- Fill out necessary paperwork.
- Record job notes into software upon job visit per job.
- Take a various photos of job sites and record in software.
- Get certificate of satisfaction signed upon job completion by customer.
Qualifications

Technical Qualification
Knowledge of MS Office, databases and spreadsheets.
Requirements and Skills
- Basic accounting principles knowledge
- Possess leadership qualities
- Communicate well; verbally and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate records
- High School diploma required. Some college preferred

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is a full-time position from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm including attending any after hour on call emergencies and weekends. The schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company. Travel may be required if assistance is needed during hurricane season or any large losses occur.
Employees are solely responsible for their time management and clocking in and out within appropriate programs. This is a requirement in order to ensure proper documentation of hours worked.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work long hours, use equipment and climb ladders, go up and down stairs, perform demolition, use hand tools, etc. The employee will be required to carry up to 50 pounds. the employee is frequently standing, walking, using hand and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hand and arms. the employee is required to talk and listen, have great communication, listening, and teamwork skills, including working in all types of weather and environments.
Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. this job operates on the field predominantly within luxury condos, commercial businesses, and residential buildings. Due to the nature of the work, often the job sites will be dirty, possible cold or wet and sometimes unsanitary. Every effort is made to protect our employees using PPE and other safety precautions.
