We’re expanding and seeking experienced door‐to‐door sales professionals to generate residential roofing business. As a 1099 contractor, you set your schedule and control your earnings. If you know how to knock, build rapport, and close, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our roofing services

• Set and close appointments; manage your pipeline from first contact to signed agreement

• Perform basic exterior assessments (ground or ladder, following safety guidelines)

• Educate homeowners on our process, product options, and next steps

• Coordinate inspections and project handoffs with our production team

• Log activity and results in our CRM; maintain accurate records

1099 Note: This is an independent contractor role (not W‐2). You choose your hours and methods, provide your own transportation/phone, and handle your own taxes and expenses. Contractors must follow all federal, state, and local laws (including any solicitation permits/registrations).

Qualifications

Required

• 1+ year in roofing sales or door‐to‐door sales

• Comfortable climbing and walking on residential roofs and working at heights (using proper safety gear and procedures)

• Coachable, teachable , and willing to learn/grow

• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow‐through

• Comfortable walking neighborhoods and working outdoors

• Reliable transportation and smartphone

Preferred

• Familiarity with residential roofing systems/storm‐damage indicators

• Local knowledge of neighborhoods/HOAs and municipal solicitation rules
