Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy interventions exactly as outlined in the PT plan of care
- Document patient progress and responses to treatment with accuracy and care
- Empower patients through education and home exercise programs
- Keep supervising PTs informed with clear, timely communication
- Maintain a safe, compliant environment following all regulations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active state PTA license or ability to obtain one
- Strong ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- A genuine passion for helping patients regain mobility and independence
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in physical therapy interventions and patient care
- Proficient in documentation and patient education
- Knowledge of safety and infection control standards
- Strong team collaboration and communication abilities
