What You will do as an MIT

Learn by Leading

You will work side-by-side with managers and team members, learning how to lead shifts while supporting daily operations in production, prep, dining, baking, and guest service.

Train in Operations Management

Gain firsthand experience overseeing the production line, maintaining quality standards, managing food safety, and ensuring smooth execution during peak hours.

Develop Your Leadership Skills

Receive structured coaching on how to train, mentor, and motivate team members, while building a strong, positive team culture.

Support a Positive Café Environment

Help maintain a clean, high-energy, guest-focused atmosphere where both customers and team members feel valued.

Follow Proven Systems

Learn and apply the operational systems and procedures that drive success across our franchise and corporate structure.

What We Are Looking For

Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or production environment

Willingness to be hands-on and learn every aspect of café operations

A passion for coaching and developing team members

Open availability to work shifts between 5 AM – 11 PM

Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license & personal vehicle)

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude

Must be at least 18 years old
