Internet Sales Manager
- Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing Internet/BDC team with a strong focus on accountability and results
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize lead conversion, appointment set/show rates, and sold performance
- Monitor and manage all digital lead sources (Website, Third-party and phone)
- Analyze performance metrics, reporting, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure prompt, professional, and consistent customer communication across all channels
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Marketing, and Leadership to align internet strategy with dealership goals
- Maintain CRM process discipline and ensure compliance with best practices
- Stay current on digital retail trends, tools, and evolving customer expectations
- Extensive experience as an Internet Manager or Senior BDC Leader in automotive retail
- Proven ability to build, lead, and retain top-performing teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- High level of organization, urgency, and follow-through
- CRM expertise and a deep understanding of modern digital sales processes
