Bilingual Sales Representative

MEMCO is hiring a Bilingual Sales Representative in the Buford Area!

Full-Time & Long-Term

Schedule: M-F 9a-5p

Pay: $300-$400/weekly; BOE + Commission ($50k OTE) on top of base.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Representative. The Representative drives revenue by selling the company's low voltage, security and networking solutions to commercial and institutional clients. They will require a blend of technical abilities, consultative selling skills , and strong client relationship building.

Responsibilities :

• Meet sales goals and performance targets
• Promote and explain the company's products and services
• Identify and prospect new clients
• Conduct daily prospect visits to understand needs, propose personalized solutions
• Maintain and update client database and CRM
• Collaborate with Operations and Administrative teams to ensure timely installation and client support
• Monitor market trends and provide valuable market feedback to management for strategic commercial adjustments
• Generate proposals and actively follow up on prospective sales to closure

Requirements :

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Minimum 1 year in B2B sales in the technology sector or similar roles although training will be provided for the right candidates
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to drive up to 50% of the time or more
• Ability to use digital tools, CRM, and communication tools
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving and handling customer objections
