What You'll Own:

• Drive the quality of every class by teaching alongside your team and providing hands-on coaching and feedback
• Develop and deliver staff training, curriculum meetings, and performance evaluations to maintain our high standards
• Oversee all special programs birthday parties, camps, Parent Survival Nights, and community events from planning through execution
• Support hiring, onboarding, and the ongoing growth of your team
• Keep a sharp eye on the metrics that matter: intro-to-member conversion, retention, member experience, and facility standards
