What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles including engines, transmissions, steering, brakes, suspension, and air conditioning systems
  • Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs, parts, and timelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Ensure all work meets the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques

What We’re Looking For

  • A or B Level Technician with 5+ years of professional automotive experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed flat-rate performance standards
  • Ford experience preferred
  • ASE Certifications preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
