What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles including engines, transmissions, steering, brakes, suspension, and air conditioning systems
- Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs, parts, and timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Ensure all work meets the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
What We’re Looking For
- A or B Level Technician with 5+ years of professional automotive experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed flat-rate performance standards
- Ford experience preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
