Your Responsibilities as a Nurse Practitioner
- Oversee patient care and treatments, lead assessments, create tailored care plans, and address specific patient concerns to ensure top-notch care.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to understand their unique needs and facilitate their healing journey.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless care and provide direct patient support when necessary.
- Serve as a resource for fellow staff members, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.

Qualifications
- Valid RN license as mandated by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification is preferred.
- Preferred: One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
