Your Responsibilities as a Nurse Practitioner

• Oversee patient care and treatments, lead assessments, create tailored care plans, and address specific patient concerns to ensure top-notch care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to understand their unique needs and facilitate their healing journey.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless care and provide direct patient support when necessary.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license as mandated by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• Preferred: One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
