• Provide direct patient care and education in a home setting
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to manage patient treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care strategies as needed
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
• Document patient interactions and treatments accurately

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
• BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
• Completion of an accredited/approved school of nursing with requisite clinical hours
• Less than 1 year of experience with direct patient care preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English; strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Competence in fast-paced environments and emergency situations
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
