Job Details
Responsibilities
Draft settlements, motions, orders, pleadings, and discovery documents
Manage full case lifecycle and deadline tracking
Serve as primary point of contact for clients
Support trial and mediation preparation
Coordinate with courts and opposing counsel
Qualifications
2+ years of family law paralegal experience required
Odyssey and PeachCourt e-filing experience required
Polished professional presence with strong soft skills and emotional intelligence
Demonstrated job stability and commitment
