Receptionist/Dental Assistant

Our aesthetic dentistry practice is looking for a positive, energetic, and personable cross-trained team member that can do receptionist and dental assisting work.

• Previous experience with dental assisting or front office work required.
• We offer a close-knit team environment, excellent pay with monthly bonus opportunities, and 8 weeks of scheduled time off throughout the year. Every team member gets 8 weeks of paid time off annually.
• We are currently offering the top hourly rate for our area along with a $3,000 sign on bonus payable over your first six months.
• New team members are eligible immediately upon start date for monthly profit sharing bonuses paid out to the team.

Skills:

• Front Desk Responsibilities: answering all calls, following up with patients and their appointments, communicating with patients especially about their goals for their ideal oral health, treatment plan discussion, financial arrangements for care, calling and following up with dental insurance companies.
• Dental Assisting: Dental photography for treatment planning, X-ray imaging, management of patient's cheeks and tongue with mirror and retractors for all dental procedures, patient scheduling and treatment communication.
• Experience in 1 area is required so that we can more easily develop your skill set in the other area.
