Operational Sourcing Manager
Operational Sourcing Manager for a global leader in mobility products and services based in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for strategy development, execution, leading sourcing events, and negotiating best in class terms and conditions with suppliers. salary: $60 - 70 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategy development, execution, leading sourcing events, and negotiating best in class terms and conditions with suppliers
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Maximize catalog purchases and reduce supplier base by both consolidating and leveraging strategic partners
- Utilize expertise in Oracle and Jaggaer systems to streamline catalog management processes and data integrity.
- Monitor and analyze catalog performance metrics, using insights to guide decision-making and drive improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (Experience instead of a degree will be considered)
- Eight (8+) years experience leading operational procurement teams
- Experience within a manufacturing, construction or related industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle; Advanced Excel abilities (pivot tables, VLookup, macros, charting/graphing).
- Experience level: Experienced
