Order Fulfillment Team Member
Are you looking for a job where you can stay active and work with a great team? We are hiring for an Order Fulfillment Team Member. In this job, you will help pick, pack, and ship customer orders to make sure they arrive on time and in great shape.
What You Will Do
• Use a handheld device to pick items from different areas (Pick Tower, Fast Flow, Mats and Plats dock).
• Assign pick tickets to totes and prepare orders for packing.
• Pack products safely in the right size of boxes and tape them up.
• Load boxes onto the correct FedEx or UPS truck door, depending on the volume.
• Work with your team to make sure all orders are filled, packed, and shipped correctly and on time.
• Help with inventory checks (cycle counts) on a regular basis.
• Keep your work area safe and clean at all times.
• Follow all company rules and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with a Lead or Assistant Manager, especially when handling damaged items.
What We Are Looking For
• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in fulfillment, shipping, or a similar job.
• Experience as a picker, packer, or loader is a plus.
• Experience using a handheld scanner is a plus.
• Good communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong math skills to count items and check reports.
• Able to lift different amounts of weight safely and work as a team to lift heavy items.
