Job Summary:
The Human Resources and Administration Manager is a key role at NVH USA, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department and managing various administrative functions. This position plays a critical role in developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient administrative workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· HR Management :
Develop and implement HR policies and programs.
Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
Manage employee relations and address employee grievances.
Conduct performance evaluation processes and facilitate employee development.
· Compliance and Legal :
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Manage and update employee records and documentation.
· Training and Development :
Identify training needs and develop training programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
· Benefits and Compensation :
Oversee benefits administration and communicate benefits information to employees.
Manage compensation processes and ensure competitive and equitable salary structures.
· Administration Management :
Oversee daily administrative operations.
Manage office facilities and coordinate with external vendors.
Implement and monitor administrative policies and procedures.
· Team Leadership :
Lead and mentor HR and administrative staff.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Google and MS Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
